Profile

I have a Master’s degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management from University of Nottingham. During my degree I undertook my dissertation in Coca Cola Enterprise and explored the possibility of improving their forecasting, inventory and replenishment procedures.

Prior to working with Accutronics, I indulged in various projects pertaining to Operations Management. I have been involved in designing and implementing operational strategy for new businesses keeping in view the future strategies of the business. My role was to develop Operational strategies keeping in mind the future growth of the business and implementing them to ensure continuous improvement in the processes.

Research Project

Project Title: Exploring improvement possibilities at Accutronics Ltd.

The aim of this project is to explore how Accutronics operates and caters to different markets and to assess the possible improvements in the Supply Chain of the business to aid the business in catering to the current and future customer requirements effectively and efficiently. The project also entails analysis and implementation of possible lean and QRM techniques to increase the efficiency and reliability of production.
